Choosing Pickup Points in Cannes

November 3, 2026

Start with the address the property uses

Copy the full street address from your hotel, host or event organiser. Add the property name and any building or entrance identifier. If directions mention a landmark, keep it as supporting context. The landmark alone may leave the precise meeting location unclear, especially where a venue has more than one entrance.

Ask about vehicle access

Request current access instructions from the property or organiser when an event or controlled entrance is involved. Include those instructions in the transfer enquiry rather than assuming a car can stop at the door. An entrance that is convenient on foot may have different arrangements for vehicles. The practical pickup location should be confirmed with the enquiry desk.

If you are considering a meeting point away from the property, explain why and ask whether it is suitable. Give the exact location you mean. Do not ask the party to wait at an improvised roadside point based only on a map marker or a recognisable photograph.

Separate the event finish from pickup readiness

Leaving an event can involve collecting bags, finding the rest of the party and reaching an agreed entrance. State when everyone expects to be ready, together with any event timing that explains the request. For several travellers staying at different addresses, choose a common meeting arrangement or describe the additional collections you want to discuss.

Match the pickup to the right destination

A flight departure belongs on [Cannes to Nice Airport](/transfers/cannes-to-nice-airport); a Nice city address belongs on [Cannes to Nice](/transfers/cannes-to-nice). For another westbound destination, see [Cannes to Mandelieu-la-Napoule](/transfers/cannes-to-mandelieu-la-napoule). Each request needs its own destination and access details.

Browse [Cannes Destinations](/cannes-destinations) and the [Nice–Cannes hub](/nice-cannes), or return to [Travel Planning](/blog). [Send the pickup brief through the built-in enquiry form](/contact), including passenger and luggage details, and ask which arrangement can be confirmed.
